Process of getting temporary residence permit:

1. You provide all the necessary information;

3. We need only 1 day with You to submit all necessary documents to migration department;
4. Temporary residence card is given from 4 week to 6 month period..

Terms:

• Duration of a first temporary residence permit is one year.
• Extension of temporary residence permit (for second year): application should be lodge not later than two months before the expiry date of the current temporary residence permit, but not earlier than 4 months before the expiry date. For successful extension alien has to fulfill couple conditions.
• Permanent residence permit (duration – 5 years) – opportunity to apply after living in the Republic of Lithuania for a continuous period of the last 5 years holding a temporary residence permit. Upon the expiry of this period, the document is replaced.
